This customer was happy with the lay out of the room – but wanted it updated.
I tried to minimise the boxing for the soil pipe work as much as possible to maximise space. I arranged for the plasterer to re-plaster the ceiling and the electrician to rewire the electrics. Replaced the sanitary ware with modern equivalents and re tiled. The tiles were sourced locally and my discount applied at Topps Tiles in Bodmin.
